It is our aim to build on this team and keep existing members into the future through training and career progression.

Co-founder and Managing Director Carden IT Services Limited (UK Office)
Dave King is an original founder of Carden IT Services and now runs the UK division of the company, managing the sales, technical and support teams. This includes but not limited to high profile installations and upgrades of corporate networks.
His organisational skills and attention to detail know no bounds. His strength lies in project management, from anaylsis and documentation through to delivery and completion.
In 2018, Carden IT Group was born, and Carden IT Services Limited (UK) was moved into this company. Carden IT Services LLC (USA), Carden Telecoms, Carden Managed Print and Carden Hotspots were soon to follow.

Jeremy Huson is a co-founder at Carden IT Services, recently moving to the USA to open our office there which has been an overwhelming success. He has great customer service skills and always like to talk with clients. It is a belief that people buy from people so forming a strong relationship with customers is essential.
Jeremy was born in Jersey, moved to Brighton for university, followed by a move to New York where he is now a resident..
Scott is our Operations Director. He is responsible for looking after the day to day operation of converting products and services into revenue in the most effecient way possible. This includes the management of colleagues, scheduling call outs, ticket escalation and customer service handling. He also fills his time by operating as one of our mobile network engineers. He travels to businesses in Sussex, Surrey and London to carry out installations, maintenance and repairs on customers’ hardware and software. He prides himself on his customer service skills and loves interacting with clients.
More recently, Scott has become a co-founder of some of our subsidary companies - Carden Telecoms, Carden Managed Print and Carden Hotspots.
In his spare time you’ll find him on a football pitch or in the gym. That’s if he’s not in the pub.
Tracy is our Operations Manager and runs the office on a day to day basis, managing the various teams, ensuring the services are being provided correctly whilst supporting the company directors. With many years senior management experience, she is a vital asset to the company. Our performance and processes are under constant review, and Tracy is always helping the company develop and move forward.
Adrian deals with the day to day accounting and administration of the company, he is great with numbers and unlike most actually enjoys it.
IT Network Engineer
Callum is one of our IT Network Engineers. He really enjoys the challenges that comes with working at a managed service provider as no two days are the same. He has an outgoing personality and is always happy to help a customer in need.
In his spare time, he enjoys keeping fit at the gym, playing guitar, and watching movies.
IT Network Engineer
Taylor is one of our IT Network Engineers, Taylor is often on the road out seeing clients - installing hardware, upgrading servers and performing system migrations. He has a career interest in cloud solutions, especially Microsoft Office 365.
Having just welcomed his first baby into the world, Taylor is a keen family man. He also produces hip-hop videos for various artists.
2nd Line Support
Sean is one of our second line support team. Sean has been with Carden IT for 6 years and is very competent on providing solutions in a timely manner.
In his personal life if he's not fixing computers he's fixing cars.
2nd Line Support
Jack is one of our second line support engineers. Jack is always on hand to provide quick effective solutions to our client's IT issues. Jack will go above and beyond his expectaions to resolve an issue and is very organised in everything he does.
In his personal life, Jack is into photography and travelling the world, which works well when combined.
Account Management and Sales
Wayne is in our sales team, bringing in new business. He also looks after our telecommunication clients, providing telecom support, sales and installation. Wayne's strong skills lie in his organisation and attention to detail.
In his spare time Wayne enjoys playing pool, and plays at county level.

Steven is responsible for our inbound sales enquiries, managing accounts and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. Steven's skills lie within customer relations and people skills dealing with our clients.
Also having just welcomed his first baby into the world, Steven is also a keen family man. He also attempts to play football at the weekend.
Digital Marketing Strategist
David is our digital marketing strategist, looking after our marketing strategy through social media and advertising. His respnsibilities include paid social ads, Google ads, email marketing, website management, content marketing, blog writing, branding and lead generation for our internal companies.
1st Line Support
Jimmy works within our support desk. As a first line support engineer he deals with client IT issues, providing effective solutions so our clients can carry on with their day.
Jimmy is one of the youngest member of the team yet he still excels in providing the best service for our clients.
In his spare time Jimmy enjoys football and pizza.
Joe is the newest member of the team, and heads up all of the company proposals and quotations. At only 19 he comes from another IT company where he ran the support desk, so has a strong technical background. He also helps on support during busy periods, to ensure our response times are fast and SLAs are met.
In his spare time Joe likes music, gaming and cars.
