Our engineers carry a number of IT essentials with them and in over 90% of cases are able to solve your IT problem while onsite. In cases where this is not possible, they can use their first-hand knowledge of the situation to recommend fixes or new equipment to help address the problem.

These are very competent, helpful and nice people, with decent business practices (in contrast to many of their competitors). You can actually talk to them on the phone without having to find your way through a maze of so-called "support" screens! We have a support contract with them and also use them from time to time for ad hoc work on site, such as changing our network.
