Today Jack starts his new role within Carden IT Group, working as Operations Coordinator.
A perfect system is only as effective as the people who are putting it into action. Over the past 2 years Jack has been heading up our support desk. Helping to organise and ever-growing IT support team, from experts to apprentices, Jack has shown he can not only design and implement processes from start to finish but can explain these to his team and coach them to achieve their individual goals.
For a long time, we’ve had a long list of ideas of how to improve our clients’ experience of our services. As Operations Coordinator, Jack has been given the responsibility of making these ideas a reality. He’s hit the ground running and is already working on a new client portal, helping our customers chat to us directly online and he has some big projects on the horizon like being able to log tickets direct from your phone via WhatsApp.
