Carden IT Services were brought into my business approx. 12 months ago , maintaining an existing system that was in place. At the time we had approximately 30 users, an old Dell server with Active Directory and Group Policies locking things down very well for all of the workstations. As our business has grown Carden IT have suggested upgrades and changes as and when we have required them. We now have a new server that can handle our 70+ users which is on VMWare using Veeam Backup and Replication to our Netgear NAS, which is then replicated offsite to their Veeam Cloud Connect server. Although I am IT literate myself and manage to look after the basics, there are times when I need to call in the experts. I run my relationship with Carden IT via purchasing blocks of their Worry Free Hours. This works well for me and the great thing is they never expire like they do with other IT providers. I would highly recommend Carden to anyone who requires assistance with the business IT.
