Our UK-based support desk is manned Monday to Friday by Microsoft qualified engineers who can resolve issues remotely to quickly get you back and running.
If an issue can only be resolved by a site visit, we’ll send one of our experts to you as soon as possible.
If you need back up outside our normal working hours, we can also provide weekend and 24/7 support.
Every help request is logged on our system and not cleared until the problem is confirmed as fixed by the customer. Monitoring and helpdesk support is integrated, so if a fault is detected it automatically generates a ticket and notifies our staff — giving you the assurance that you're getting the most-efficient support system possible.

We offer a flexible range of support packages, tailored to meet the needs of your business, including contracts, Service Level Agreements and pay-as-you-go.
All contracts come with unlimited remote and telephone support and you never pay for support calls relating to issues that can be fixed remotely. If you choose to pay-as-you-go you’ll enjoy the same high level of service that you would if you were on a contract, but charged on a per incident basis.
